This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from a third party. Its fonts are served from this site, so no font provider sees your visit. The only data we hold is what you send us through the contact form.
Teleos Earth, founded by Sayer Ji and Dr Tia Kansara, is the controller of the data described here. Write to us through the contact form; a registered address and company number will be added here when incorporation completes.
When you write to us we store: your name, email address, organisation if given, the role you selected, your message, the time, a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself, used only to detect abuse) and your browser's user-agent string. Storage is in a Cloudflare D1 database in our account. We send one notification email to the founders and one acknowledgement to you, through Resend.
Lawful basis: your consent, given by the checkbox, for storing and replying; and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse, for the hashed address. We keep messages for as long as the conversation they began is live, and no longer than three years. There is no newsletter, no list and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
Under UK and EU data-protection law you may ask for access to, correction of, or erasure of what we hold; restriction of or objection to processing; portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. Ask through the contact form or by replying to any email from us. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or to your national supervisory authority.
This notice describes the site as it is built. It will change when the site does, and the date below will change with it. This page is not legal advice and will be reviewed by counsel before the company's first public offering of any kind.
